Welcome to VoicePunch, a platform for learning about, becoming involved in, or sharing your thoughts and ideas about the Voice Tech revolution. Our mission is to play a small and important role in helping develop the budding voice tech ecosystem by talking about, cheerleading for, and investing in individuals, technologies, and ideas that help bring the voice tech revolution to the masses.
Why VoicePunch, why voice tech, and why now?
Throughout careers in early stage startups, one of the key lessons we learned was that when you spot a wave, the best approach is to help others jump on it and figure it out together. It doesn’t need to be clear which direction the wave will break as long as you’re on it early and move with it.
We believe the integration of voice technology into the technological fabric that surrounds us is inevitable. But the important issues have yet to been answered. How will it benefit real people, how can it influence communities, and yes, how can it be financially positive for all involved? The new computing paradigm is here. Voice Punch is around to play a small part in helping incredible ideas and entrepreneurs bring voice tech from the early adopters to the norm.

Voice Punch exists to provide a dedicated investor outside of the ecosystems – the Alexa Fund & Google Assistant Investments. There are sector specific funds, geographic specific, and others that are starting to add voice investments into their portfolio, but are approaching it from their voice-second, fund-first perspective. At VoicePunch, we are all-in for voice.
Voice will be the clarifying principal in everything that we do at Voice Punch. We will invest early, and with conviction, and support entrepreneurs who share this enthusiasm for how voice will change the way we interact with technology.
Why the name ‘VoicePunch?’
Two ideas intersected in one place when deciding on a name to tell our story. Voice is at our core, and ‘punch’ fits what we want to create. A punchbowl of ideas around voice and something that punches through the noisiness of this rapidly evolving arena.
